Ground Wagyu Taco Filling

Instructions

Mix 3 lbs ground wagyu beef with all the seasonings. Set aside.

On stove top cook 1/2 lb chopped bacon on medium heat. Take out and set aside.

Cook 1/2 chopped white onion and 3 minced garlic cloves in the bacon grease. When it's golden add the meat and cook until done.

Notes

This yielded so fucking much, I had ground taco meat filling in everything.
