Leftover Mashed Potato Gnocchi
Instructions
Start by boiling water on medium heat.
While water is boiling, mix all ingredients together. Cut up into pieces. I made them about 1 inch big.
Add them to water when it starts to0 boil. Gnocchi cooks super fast they'll be done in 2 mins, if they are bigger cook them longer. You'll know when they are ready when the gnocchi all float.
Strain out from water and add to sauce of choice.
Notes
My fat ass ate it all and slept for 17 hours. It was dank af, I used leftover mashed potatoes from New Year's celebration haha
You can top off with your favorite cheese; I like to also add some basil leaves or pesto too.
