Vodka adds a touch of heat and a bit of a sharp bite that help balance out the sweetness of the tomatoes and the cream.

Instructions

Add everything to a pot on stove top, shimmer on medium heat until everything is fully combined.

Add sauce to cooked pasta of choice.

Notes

This exists because I don't always have vodka on hand. Sauce is very rich, this amount made about 3 servings for me.
